步驟
1先製作中種麵糰,中種的材料全部揉勻(不會很光滑),冰箱裡冷藏發酵17小時;把發好的種麵糰切成小塊,蓋保鮮膜回溫

2拌好主麵糰的材料(是非常濃的糊狀的),投入中種麵糰,根據需要加適量的水,後油法,揉到擴展階段

3室溫發酵至兩倍大
