小土豆: 800g, 帕瑪森奶酪: 150g, 橄欖油: 3湯匙, 意式香草: 2湯匙, 蒜粉: 2湯匙, 甜椒粉: 1湯匙, 鹽: 1湯匙, 現磨黑胡椒: 1/2湯匙, 新鮮歐芹: 適量
步驟
1小土豆用刷子刷洗乾淨,因為連皮烤,所以一定要好好刷洗。一切八切成角塊,像切橙子一樣

2用清水沖洗乾淨多餘澱粉後,用冰水浸泡30分鐘

3瀝干,然後用茶巾或者廚房紙印干水分

4加入橄欖油拌勻

5拌勻後加入意式香料。這裡可以選擇自己喜歡的,我用了迷迭香和百里香兩種

6蒜粉

11鋪放在鋪好烘焙紙的烤盤上,注意不要重疊,儘量鋪開一點

12風爐預熱200度,普通烤箱上下火預熱230度。入烤箱後烤18-20分鐘,表面金黃即可

13最後撒上新鮮歐芹碎就可以咯
