香蔥: 兩小顆, 五花肉: 200g, 土豆: 兩個, 海天黃豆醬: 兩勺, 生抽醬油: 兩茶匙

1土豆切片,泡水去除澱粉

2五花肉切片,買來後,冷凍成型比較好切哦。冷水下鍋煮熟,放點蔥姜,煮出來比較香

3煮至筷子一紮就透,撈出備用

4鍋內少許油,煎肉,因為五花肉也會出好多油,所以不要放太多。煎至肥肉變透明,就可出鍋,吃起來不會那麼油膩

5另起鍋下土豆片煸炒,打點水,悶一下會比較爛

6放黃豆醬,醬油,煸炒,加入五花肉,香蔥,一起炒,至土豆片熟了,就可出鍋
