原料
五花肉400克(或後腿肉),黃瓜1根,蔥2-3段,姜2-3片,花椒7-8粒,黃酒20ml,大蒜4-5瓣,肉湯1大勺,鹽2克,醬油10ml,紅糖5克,複製紅油15ml,香油少許,
步驟
1五花肉用清水浸泡2小時泡出血水後瀝干備用

2鍋內做水,水熱後(大約70度左右)下入五花肉(如有血沫析出需撇凈)

3水開後下入調料和黃酒轉中小火煮制約30-40分鐘,煮好後撈出晾涼放入冰箱冷藏1小時以上備用

4大蒜搗成(或用壓蒜器)蒜泥,加入肉湯和鹽拌勻
