甜又帶點酸、美味開胃的一道 SAMBAL 蘇東!
材料/Ingredients:, 蘇東 1kg - Sotong 、椰漿 150 ml - coconut milk、清水 250 ml - Water、阿叄 2 tablespoon - Assam。, , 調味料/Seasoning:鹽 2 茶匙 - ( 2 tsp salt )、糖 2 湯匙 - ( 2 tbsp sugar )、味精 1 茶匙 - ( 1 tbsp Ajinomoto )。, , 研磨材料/Spices:辣椒干 6 湯匙 - ( 6 tbsp dried chilli )、洋蔥 1 粒 - ( 1 onion )、belacan 1 塊 - ( 1 pc belacan )、黃姜 1 寸 - ( 1 inch tumeric )、生薑 1 寸- ( 1 inch ginger )、紅辣椒 10 條 - ( 10 pcs red chilli )、月桂豆 3 粒 - ( 3 pcs candlenut )、蒜頭 3 粒 - ( 3 garlic )、香茅 1 條 - ( 1 pc lemongrass )。
1將蘇東取出內臟,軟骨,去皮洗凈。 Remove the visceral, soft bone and skin membrane of sotong. Rinse.
