簡介
我用成熟的柿子搗成泥, 摻入麵粉中,製作出的柿子花, 雖然顏色沒有我想像的那麼艷麗, 但想到它的營養,心情一樣能樂開花。
原料
高筋麵粉, 柿子, 酵母粉
步驟
1將柿子洗凈去皮

2用攪拌機打碎成泥狀

3將柿子泥倒入麵粉和酵母粉中混合

4合勻後用保鮮膜蓋上放在溫暖的地方發酵

5發酵好後將麵糰分割小段,揉圓後蓋上保鮮膜餳上二十分鐘

6搓成長條切成大小適中的劑子

7擀成圓形

8將五片圓片均勻的擺放好,再在中間擀一下

9將圓片從一端捲起

10將卷好的麵糰從中間切為兩段
