蕎面 250克, 五花肉, 蒜薹, 鹽 適量, 蔥, 姜, 生抽, 油
步驟
1麵粉中加入少許鹽混合均勻,加入溫水適量,下手揉面至光滑麵糰。餳發半個小時。餳發時間越長越好

2將餳好的麵糰擀開成均勻的薄麵皮,鋪撒麵粉防粘,疊起,用刀切成粗細均勻的麵條,抖散晾開

3鍋里放水,水開後下面,煮一倆個滾就可以撈了,不要煮太長時間,蕎面易熟。放上鹵就可以開吃了
