原料
紅椒: 60g, 青椒: 60g, 西紅柿: 100g, 洋蔥: 60g, 蒜: 2個, 小蔥: 1根, 雞蛋: 1個, 鹽: 適量, 胡椒粉: 少許
步驟
1幾樣要切的東西先洗好,每樣按照食材給的量切出來;

2青椒、紅椒和洋蔥都切塊,2顆蒜去皮後切成薄片;

3番茄切成小塊;

4鍋內熱油,把青紅椒、洋蔥、蒜片都倒進去炒軟;

5然後倒入西紅柿,再放入適量的鹽和少許胡椒粉炒至西紅柿變軟;

6拿出高顏值的鐵鑄鍋,把超好的食物倒進去,然後打一顆雞蛋,蓋上鍋蓋,小火燜5分鐘;

7時間到了再雞蛋上面撒些胡椒粉,然後再撒切細的小蔥,搞定~
