6把腌好的雞肉塊拿進攪拌好的麵粉里滾一圈

7再打兩隻蛋攪拌好後,把滾過一圈麵粉的雞肉塊拿進蛋液里沾一層

8然後再放進麵粉里滾一圈

9鍋中倒油,中小火,六成熱時把雞塊們倒進去炸至七成熟左右

記得七成熟的時候要撈出來晾1分鐘再大火去炸過一次哦
