雞蛋: 1個, 豬肉: 200克, 澱粉: 25克, 清水: 40克, 麵粉: 20克, 食用油: 少量, 香蔥: 1顆
步驟
1按參考分量準備好食材,待用

2中間娃鬧騰,一手抱娃,一手做的,沒法拍照,下次補拍, 1.肉切塊,蔥切段,放入切碎機打成泥 2.澱粉加入水,化開,再加入麵粉拌勻,然後加入打好的肉泥 3.加入蛋清,拌勻 4.加入食用油,拌勻,裝入容器(我用的披薩盤,最好刷點油,這樣熟了容易脫模)

3水燒開,然後放入裝肉泥的盤子?開蒸
