1準備材料(芹菜葉洗凈,可準備炸花生米)~

2蒜洗凈切末備用~

3鍋內倒適量清水,待水開放入芹菜葉焯水燙一下就可以~ 撈出裝入水盆中,過一下涼水~ 撰干水份放案板上,切成小段~ 裝容器內備用~
