步驟

1紅米莧 浸泡洗凈 大蒜 4、5瓣 去皮 刀側拍扁

2熱鍋冷油 油熱 入蒜瓣爆香

3紅米莧去水 倒入鍋內 煸炒至略癟 加半小碗水 蓋上鍋蓋 燜煮片刻

4紅米莧熟糯 加適量鹽糖調味 出鍋
