1茄子用淡鹽水浸泡洗凈後,切成長條,泡在清水裡,至少15分鐘

2泡茄子的水倒掉,把茄子一根根用乾淨的布吸干表面水份

3鍋里放油燒熱(跟平時燒菜差不多量的油就可以了)。吸干水份的茄條分次排入鍋中,煎至茄條變軟

5用鍋里剩下的一點油,爆香蔥姜蒜末和甜麵醬一大勺

6加點水燒開

7放入煎好的茄條,加半湯匙老抽,再加點白砂糖,煮沸後轉小火蓋上蓋子煮兩分鐘,加一點點鹽和雞精調好味
