1電飯煲煮適量米飯,滷肉和米飯是絕配~

5將泡發好的干香菇切成丁,大蒜和蔥都切末,生薑切片(喜歡吃生薑的可以切成末)

6準備冰糖和八角茴香,冰糖數量視個人喜好決定(本人最終只放了圖片數量的二分之一,喜甜的可以多放點)

7水煮3個雞蛋,煮好了之後放進涼白開,殼容易剝(煮雞蛋的同時,可以進行下一步)

8鍋中倒入適量油,用於油炸洋蔥絲,先大火熱油,放入洋蔥絲再轉至中火

9洋蔥絲炸至表面金黃色,撈出控油放涼

11鍋中倒入少量油,五花肉丁放入鍋中翻炒,將肥肉里的油炒出來

16加入適量溫水沒過食材,再加入冰糖和八角茴香,大火煮開

18鍋中加入適量水煮沸,放入青菜燙熟,撈出瀝干
