2米飯視人數而定,我這裡是1人份,剛煮好的,當然能夠隔夜飯的最好,更有顆粒感

3各色食材切成小塊,蔥切成蔥花

4雞蛋打出來備用

5開火,熱鍋冷油,先把蛋炒下去,炒到半熟先剷出來,等下之後再放下去就不會太老,顏色更好看

6另放油,把臘腸等食材放下去不斷翻炒,以防臘腸等變糊了
