原料
米飯: 5碗飯, 櫻花蝦醬: 2大匙, 沙茶醬: 1大匙, 臘腸: 2條, 雞蛋: 3個, 洋蔥: 半隻, 香蔥: 2棵, 生抽: 隨量
步驟
1備好炒飯所需的材料,米飯最好放入冰箱冷藏過的,臘腸切粒,洋蔥、香蔥分別切粒,雞蛋打散成蛋液待用;

2熱鍋落油,先放入臘腸炒至轉色加入洋蔥炒拌炒炒,聞到洋蔥香味;

3落入米飯翻炒均勻;
