原料
臭豆腐(或老豆腐): 300克, 花生粉: 適量, 竹串: 數十支, 素蚝油: 50克, 醬油: 30克, 素沙茶醬: 40克, 糖: 45克, 胡椒粉: 5克, 冷開水: 200毫升
步驟
1將臭豆腐切成長方塊,花生粉取出備用

2將醬料倒入鍋中混合,以小火煮沸,待涼;竹串放入水中浸泡備用

3鍋中倒入沙拉油燒熱至180度時,將臭豆腐放入油鍋中煎炸

6烤箱預熱250度,將一串串臭豆腐排入烤盤

7用刀在每塊臭豆腐兩面輕輕割上一刀入味,放入烤箱
