步驟
1準備食材:河粉、胡蘿蔔、豆芽、胡蘿蔔、紅辣椒、青辣椒,香蔥等;

小技巧
1.河粉不能炒斷,需要熱鍋,大火; 2.油溫高才倒入河粉,才香不粘鍋; 3.加入豆芽,不僅好,還不粘鍋。
