步驟
1買回的泥鰍應該先養2天吐吐泥,我買的這泥鰍攤主養了好幾天了,我就滴了幾滴炒菜的油在泥鰍的盆里,也就養了半天;

2炒鍋放適量的油,

6鍋里加清水,大火燒開,

8鍋里的泥鰍燉5分鐘左右,嫩豆腐切成較大的塊,
