茄子: 三條, 黃豆醬: 半瓶, 獨粒蒜子: 兩個, 油: 適量, 高湯: 一碗

1茄子蒜子洗乾淨

2茄子切段(切段後每段開兩邊,每邊切成三條,這樣不厚不薄,後面調醬不會爛),蒜子切碎

3鍋上油

4油熱後放茄子炸

5稍微軟了就裝起壓一下油(茄子比較多所以分三次炸)

6第二次下鍋炸,這樣把油逼出來,茄子就不會那麼油了

7起鍋,把油壓一下待用

9把湯倒下,放半瓶海天黃豆醬(個人覺得黃豆醬的味道比豆瓣醬的味道好),炒熱

10把茄子倒下翻炒

11都裹上醬了就可以起鍋了(黃豆醬不咸不淡剛剛好,所以其他調料都不用添加了)

茄子稍微炸軟就可以嘍,如果炸太久後面裹醬翻炒就爛了不成條,賣相就沒那麼好看了
