黃油: 110克, 雞蛋: 2個, 低筋麵粉: 120克, 白糖: 50克, 泡打粉: 2克, 彩色朱古力針: 適量, 黑巧克力: 適量

2將雞蛋打散後

3加入白糖打至糖化

4將低筋麵粉和泡打粉過篩加入,拌均勻

5然後加入已融化的黃油,攪拌均勻

6將拌好的麵糊裝入裱花袋中,擠入模具中,麵糊與模具相平即可

7再將上面的模具蓋上,放入預熱好的烤箱烘烤

8上火170度,下火150度(放置層數如圖所示),烤20分鐘,烤好的蛋糕放置涼透

9將塑料棒扎入蛋糕中,不要扎透
