步驟
1蝦米 乾貝用溫水泡軟,蝦米切碎,乾貝拆絲

2火腿 干蔥 蒜頭 辣椒各剁碎(不要太碎)

3先干蔥 蒜頭炸香,炸到金黃撈起瀝油,再把蝦米 乾貝 火腿略炸撈起瀝油

4鍋里留半碗油,把炸香的材料放入,再加少許蚝油和適量的糖鹽醬油和辣椒(口味隨意)小火慢炒醬濃即可

5冷卻後放乾淨的玻璃瓶里,放冰箱保存(XO醬表面要覆蓋著一層油,就不會容易變壞哦)
