玉米面條: 500g, 西紅柿: 1個, 雞蛋: 1個, 胡蘿蔔: 半根, 火腿: 20g, 洋蔥: 20g, 青菜: 20g, 精鹽: 1.5鹽勺, 雞精: 1鹽勺, 十三香: 1鹽勺, 醬油: 1匙

1準備材料~

2將所有材料洗凈,胡蘿蔔,洋蔥,火腿,青菜切絲,西紅柿切小塊,雞蛋備好~

3鍋內倒適量清水待水開後放入玉米面條,中間澆一次涼水,煮熟後放入冷水盆中,撈出裝盆倒少許油拌勻(炒麵時不粘鍋)~

4鍋內倒適量油待油溫熱時打入雞蛋炒熟~ 倒入西紅柿塊炒出汁水~ 放入胡蘿蔔,洋蔥,火腿,青菜絲炒熟~ 在倒入玉米面條~ 加入精鹽,雞精,十三香,醬油~
