1羅非魚去鱗去鰓去內臟後,沖洗乾淨備用

4將魚露、生抽、白蘭地、蚝油、汁、放入碗中混合成調味汁,擠入青檸檬汁

5羅非魚放入一張大錫紙上,用蒜末將魚身內外塗抹均勻

6澆上一大半的調味汁,魚身內外再放上少許香茅草和野山椒

7將錫紙四周折起把魚包住,放入190°預熱好的烤箱,烤20分鐘
