步驟
1將豬棒骨入冷水鍋煮沸,汆燙5分鐘,撈出洗凈

2將豬棒骨與材料B中的其餘材料及調味料A,放入鍋中小火煮30分鐘

3將小白菜入沸水鍋中燙熟

12將步驟2煮好的棒骨湯裝入碗中

小技巧
煮湯圓時注意火候,不要大火快煮,避免破皮,也不要煮太久,以免影響口感。
