全蛋巧克力海綿蛋糕: , 雞蛋: 3個, 細砂糖: 60克, 巧克力粉: 20克, 低筋麵粉: 60克, 黃油: 25克, 淡奶油: 250ml, 打發淡奶油細砂糖: 20克, 巧克力粉: 5克, 熱水: 少量
步驟
1低筋麵粉與巧克力粉混合過篩備用

2融化黃油,備用(黃油始終保持液態)

5蛋液開始變得輕盈

6倒進麵粉和巧克力粉混合均勻

7最後再拌進融化的黃油翻拌均勻

8倒進鋪好油紙的烤盤(我這裡用的是28乘28的方烤盤)

9烤箱預熱~210度大約烤10分鐘~烤好後倒扣,撕開油紙

10用油紙蓋好,防止蛋糕乾硬

11淡奶油打發到8分

12取出一半,加入用少量熱水融化的巧克力粉液體(這裡的液體要冷卻好再用)

13蛋糕分成五等份

16蛋糕卷一圈圈的卷好定型(這裡中間的稍微有點乾了,蛋糕斷了囧,大家一定要吸取教訓啊!)

17最後抹上剩下的白色奶油,然後裝飾就完成了!
