【GKS】香梨烤燕麥 Baked Oatmeal with Pears

原料

燕麥片: , 烤核桃碎: , 烤南瓜子: , 烤榛子碎: , 泡打粉: , 肉桂粉: , 薑蓉: , 丁香粉: , 海鹽: , 雞蛋: , 杏仁奶或牛奶: , 楓糖漿: , 香草精: , 梨(熟透): , 椰子油:

步驟

12杯燕麥片、半杯烤核桃碎、1/4杯烤南瓜子、1/4杯烤榛子、1小勺泡打粉、1小勺肉桂粉、1/4小勺薑蓉、1/4小勺丁香粉和適量海鹽混合備用

21個雞蛋、2杯杏仁奶、1/4杯楓糖漿和1小勺香草精混合備用

32個熟梨切丁放刷了椰子油的烤盤底,鋪上燕麥混合物,然後慢慢將濕性材料均勻倒在燕麥上,再均勻淋上1大勺融化的椰子油,190度烤30-35分鐘。
