炸醬麵

原料

主料:豬後臀尖肉300克,黃醬250克,麵條; 輔料:青蒜,綠豆芽,黃瓜絲; 調料:食用油,精鹽,白糖,雞精,蔥花,啤酒。

步驟

1、將豬肉洗凈切成黃豆粒大小的丁,黃醬用啤酒調稀,青蒜切成末; 2、坐鍋點火放入清水將麵條煮熟撈出待用; 3、坐鍋點火放入油,油熱煸炒肉丁,稍微變色倒入調好的黃醬,反覆翻炒,放入白糖、雞精適口味放入鹽,待水汽全部蒸發掉,放入蔥花出鍋後倒入裝有麵條的碗中撒入青蒜末即可。
