原料
通心粉: 適量, 西紅柿: 1/2個, 洋蔥: 1/4個, 半肥瘦豬肉: 適量, 大蒜: 1瓣, 鹽: 一點點點, 玉米油: 適量, 芝士: 1片, 清水: 適量
步驟
1先煮通心粉,我這個水開煮13分鐘就軟了!這一步我忘記拍照用以前的,忽略南瓜!

2煮麵同時準備肉醬材料

3洋蔥切丁,蒜切粒,番茄切塊,肉剁碎

4小火同時倒入玉米油洋蔥大蒜,至半透明

5小火加入肉沫攪拌均勻即可

6中火加入番茄和一點點鹽

7中火加入蓋過材料的清水熬到水收干,這時候面差不多煮好了,撈起來瀝干水。(如果覺得節奏太快,也可以先將面煮好後放進冷水裡侵泡,再進行肉醬的炒制)

8中火加入通心粉
