五花肉絲: 胡蔥 半根, 胡羅卜 1個小個頭的: 木耳少許, 香菇 3個中型的: , 雜糧飯 1碗: 雞蛋 2個中等, 萵苣葉 一把:
步驟
1肉絲切好,先用料酒、醬油、糖腌漬著,再洗切其它菜,蔥、胡羅卜、香菇切片,木耳撕小朵;
2平底鍋少許油,熱後先煸肉絲,變色後放胡蔥;

3胡蔥炒幾下,下其它菜齊炒,香菇變軟就加鹽,翻幾下炒勻出鍋,裝盤;

4萵苣葉洗凈,切碎,撒鹽靜置約一刻鐘,殺出水份。逼出水後,起油鍋先炒萵苣葉,放少許鹽,稍許變軟就盛出;

5鍋洗凈另添油,熱後,倒入打散雞蛋(內放少許鹽的),大火炒香,最好微焦;

6雞蛋微焦後倒入雜糧米翻炒到米軟;
