原料

小青龍: 1個, 芹菜: 適量, 洋蔥: 1個, 姜: 適量, 大蒜: 適量, 黑胡椒粉: 適量, 濃湯寶(可不加): 適量, 芝士: 2片, 黃油: 適量, 西蘭花: 1顆

步驟

1龍蝦 取出 去冰

2龍蝦 洗凈 用刷子刷一下蝦身 切塊 蝦鉗 關節位置 可用刀背敲裂 方便食用

3西蘭花 洗凈 切小朵 洋蔥、蒜、姜 ,去皮 切末 芹菜 去根 洗凈 切小丁

4西蘭花 放在鹽水中煮熟 ,出鍋前 在國內 淋上食用油 (菜色 發亮)碼在盤子周邊 裝飾(也可食用) 乾淨的炒鍋 放黃油 油塊融化 放入 蒜、姜、洋蔥末 炒出香味 放入 小青龍 翻炒 炒出香味 適量水 加濃湯寶1個(可不加) 加芝士2片、芹菜丁 小火滾 待到小青龍熟了 加適量黑胡椒、鹽 調味 碼盤 出鍋
