2將紅茶放入料理機中粉碎

3室溫軟化黃油,加入糖粉,以及砂糖,用打蛋器高速打發

4一個雞蛋,敲入碗中,攪打均勻,待黃油打發成淡色發白的羽毛狀,分3次加入蛋液,每加一次,攪打蛋液完全融入到黃油中

5加入紅茶粉

6將低粉過篩,加入到黃油糊中

7用拌刀慢慢攪拌麵糊,攪拌均勻

8將麵糊裝入裱花袋中,放入菊花形狀裱花嘴,將黃油麵糊裝入裱花袋中擠出花型。如果覺得擠花型太累手臂的時候,也可以用擀麵杖擀薄,用餅乾模具壓出形狀
