原料
牛肉+豬肉餡 按照7:3的比例, 紅豆, 洋蔥, 蒜, 蘑菇, 培根, 高粱酒, 耗油, 生抽, 老抽, 五香粉, 黑胡椒
步驟
1用中火化開黃油

2用中小火將洋蔥末和蒜末炒至變色

3將牛肉和豬肉末混合後下鍋,炒散後下少量高粱酒

4等肉開始變色的時候放入五香粉和黑胡椒

5混合均勻後把調好的醬倒入,然後再加糖,炒勻

6中間挖一個坑,把蘑菇扣在裡面,周圍將泡好一宿紅豆或者黑豆放進去

7蓋上鍋蓋小火慢慢的煨大約15分鐘
