1、牛肉焯水沖乾淨浮沫要 2、牛肉煮的時候,放一點點生抽,增加鮮味,但是不是紅燒哈,一點點就好 3、加點白鬍椒粉,或者辣醬醋。。。隨意哈 4、對了,煮牛肉的時候,香料建議減量哈,不然香料味太重。。。你懂的。
