原料
麵粉 500g, 酵母 5g, 白糖 3g, 鮮肉 適量, 山菜 適量, 韭菜 一把, 蔥薑末 適量, 鹽 適量, 雞精 少許, 香油 適量, 花生油 稍微多一些, 生抽 適量

1將酵母粉、白糖和一碗溫水混合

6把放麵糰的容器蓋上蓋,放在溫暖的地方,靜置兩個小時
