新鮮魷魚須, 洋蔥, 香蔥, 辣醬, 蒜, 姜, 鹽, 糖, 胡椒粉, 紹酒, 雞精
步驟
1洋蔥切絲,蔥、蒜也切成末

2洗凈的魷魚絲撕去薄膜,切成段、魷魚絲可以先用鹽、胡椒粉、紹酒腌漬入味
