干紅薯粉 200g 洗凈用熱水燙軟控干水, 青紅辣椒 適量, 蔥、姜 適量, 豆豉 1茶勺, 甜麵醬 1茶勺, 老抽醬油 1茶勺, 油、鹽 適量, 小油菜 4根
1準備食材
2中火,鍋里倒入平時炒菜的油量,蔥、姜、辣椒煸炒出香味後加入豆豉和甜麵醬。
3倒入紅薯粉絲和老抽醬油。
4加適量熱水,鍋開起來後將所有食材倒入一個砂鍋里。
5用中小火燉到湯汁收到粉絲膨脹水位下降到粉絲下面時加鹽調味,就可以出鍋了。出鍋前加小油菜。
