上海青: 一把, 香菇: 12个, 蒜头: 2瓣, 蒸鱼豉油: 两勺, 耗油: 一勺
步骤
1准备材料:青菜和香菇都洗好,蒜头拍碎。香菇要选那种有爆裂纹路的,口感很肥厚,香味也浓郁。洗的时候不要一直泡在水里,在活水下面冲洗,如果泡在水里了一定要用手把水分捞干。
