步骤
1南瓜削皮洗净切成薄片,放在微波炉中高火叮10分钟左右!按压成泥状晾凉备用!

33用预留的黄色面条搓成圆条,做出“m”形状,沾少许水,粘在红色“袋子”上!

34蒸锅放入足量的冷水,蒸屉刷油或者铺屉布,把做好的馒头码放在锅中!
