猪前腿肉(与肘子肉差不多: 500g(适量就好), 豆角(无筋豆角): 同上, 酱油: 适量, 八角: 适量, 花椒: 适量, 蜂蜜(也可以糖代替): 适量, 热水: 炖菜用, 葱: 适量, 姜: 适量

5花椒八角下油,煸香!下肉(小心嘣油,请自备面罩哈哈哈)最好肉沥水,省的嘣油!

6放白酒翻炒下,在放葱姜,炒出香味

7放蜂蜜 酱油,翻炒出香味(烧肉的味道

8放入豆角,尽量让豆角都沾到肉汤,然后放热水,如图的量!汤沸腾转小火!

小技巧
因为蜂蜜的甜比较润!所以我用的蜂蜜,用砂糖也是可以的!
