2准备好蔬菜

5准备好葱姜蒜,姜切成末,还有干红辣椒、干花椒

6开始做啦~油热了之后放干花椒,干辣椒、出味道之后放蒜和葱爆炒香

7放入猪肝、猪肚、猪大肠,继续炒

8之后再放入姜末炒,原因是防止姜变硬释放不出姜味

9放入少许清水,使干花椒干辣椒的味道进一步释放出来

10接着放高汤,老爸用的是自己熬的牛肉高汤,其实家里手边有什么高汤都可以用,看自己喜好,如果没有可以用浓汤宝

11再放等量的清水
