Lemon Cheese Danish

原料

奶油奶酪(cream cheese): 200g(室温软化), 黄油: 25g(室温软化), 白糖: 4Tbsps, 香草精: 1tsp, 鸡蛋: 1颗, 中筋面粉: 1Tbsp, 柠檬皮: 2tsps, 酥皮: 1份(250g)

步骤

1预热烤箱200℃;

2将所有材料混合;

3用电动打蛋器搅打均匀;

4将酥皮展开,擀成长方形。放在烘焙纸上,纵向分成三份,如图将两侧斜切平行线;

5将搅拌好的奶糊放在酥皮中间的1/3处;

6将两侧切好的条纹交叉式叠起来;

7进烤箱,25分钟左右,至表面金黄;

8冷却后,表面撒糖粉,吃。
