低筋面粉: 140克, 融化黄油: 15克, 蜂蜜: 适量, 鲜果: 适量, 鸡蛋: 4个, 细砂糖: 12克, 泡打粉: 2克, 鲜奶: 60克, 糖粉: 适量
步骤
1全蛋打发,鸡蛋打散,加入细砂糖打至低落能形成小山,然后再缓缓摊平,电动约10分钟,手动约半小时

4倒入牛奶拌均匀

7不粘平底锅烧热到大概160度.表面扫油,可用厨房纸轻轻擦上油,用大炒勺或者木勺舀面糊到锅中,待面糊铺开你要的大小,立即停止
