小技巧
我是用保鲜膜封好,放温度高点的房间发酵!如果三天后不出水,糯米可能是太干,如果糯米有甜味加小碗小半碗,30左右温开水,不要加太多,不能汪水!继续发酵!等出水了,可以放置冰箱继续发酵,发酵时间短的是酒酿,发酵时间越长慢慢就会有酒味出来!想吃酒酿就三四天即可,想喝米酒继续发酵!
