小仔鸡: 1只(700克左右), 小葱: 1把, 嫩姜: 1块, 花生油: 适量, 薄盐生抽: 3汤匙, 老抽: 2汤匙, 蚝油: 1汤匙, 盐: 1/2茶匙, 料酒: 1汤匙, 淀粉: 少许

2将新鲜的仔鸡切成麻将大小的块,小葱洗净,挑几根切段,姜切厚片备用;

4将鸡肉放入锅中拌炒,加入生抽、老抽、料酒;

小技巧
1、仔鸡选比较嫩的走地鸡或三黄鸡较好; 2、尽量用花生油,香气袭人; 3、全程尽量不加水,这样更原汁原味。
