原料
龙虾: , 尖嘴剪: , 干净刷子: , 清水:
步骤
1提前将龙虾浸泡在清水里1-2个小时,让龙虾吐脏;

2取一只龙虾;

3剪去小腿和头部尖角;

4用刷子将龙虾外壳全部刷洗一下;

5用手指掐断龙虾尾部中间的一尾,拉出虾肠;

6用尖嘴剪刀从两侧处挑出毛须剪去;

7从头部中间侧一点剪一刀;

8用手将剪开的外壳轻轻扳开一点缝隙,用剪刀将头部脏物挑出(我感觉这是最脏的部位),再将虾壳合上,这样里面的黄就不会出来了;

9清理好的龙虾再用清水浸泡一会,然后再用清水过滤几遍,这样做完,就是干干净净的龙虾了,再然后发挥你的厨艺,烧制一盆美味可口的菜肴!!!
