步骤
1肉皮焯下水切碎,放入豆浆机里,加入蔬菜和适量水,今儿加的西兰花和胡萝卜,打好倒入保鲜盒放晾成冻

2成冻后,切成喜欢的形状大小

3紫洋葱一小个切碎,蒜粉少许,生抽适量,醋适量,一勺四川辣酱(朋友自制的),一勺醮肉酱(我自制的)调匀

4再加入熟芝麻和藤椒油调匀

5倒在切好的肉皮冻上拌匀,(今儿是拌好带到朋友家去,没摆盘直接装保鲜袋了),摆盘的话上面撒些香葱碎颜值超高,而且又麻又辣好过瘾
