6准备冰糖和八角茴香,冰糖数量视个人喜好决定(本人最终只放了图片数量的二分之一,喜甜的可以多放点)

7水煮3个鸡蛋,煮好了之后放进凉白开,壳容易剥(煮鸡蛋的同时,可以进行下一步)

8锅中倒入适量油,用于油炸洋葱丝,先大火热油,放入洋葱丝再转至中火

9洋葱丝炸至表面金黄色,捞出控油放凉

16加入适量温水没过食材,再加入冰糖和八角茴香,大火煮开

18锅中加入适量水煮沸,放入青菜烫熟,捞出沥干
