面粉: 350g, 清水: 350g, 肉馅: 200g, 黄瓜: 400g, 精盐: 1盐勺, 鸡精: 1盐勺, 十三香: 1盐勺, 耗油: 2滴, 生抽: 1匙, 油: 适量, 葱: 1根, 姜: 适量
步骤
1将清水一点点加入面粉里,和成有阻力没有面块的状态~

2就是这个程度(不能太稀或太干)用筷子能拉起来,粘稠状态,盖保鲜膜醒面1小时以上(时间越长越有弹性)~

3将肉馅放盆里,加入精盐,鸡精,十三香,耗油,生抽,油,葱姜末~

4顺时针搅拌均匀,腌制20分钟以上~
