1红糖易结块,我们用热水来融化它,用蛋抽搅动加速融化,实在化不开的过筛一次就好了,晾凉备用

2红枣去核剪碎,块不要太大

7分三次加白砂糖,将蛋清搅打至硬性,提起打蛋头可见尖角,蛋白霜不流动

8取三分之一蛋白霜与面糊翻拌均匀

9再降剩下的蛋白霜全部翻拌均匀

10倒入模具,震出大气泡,烤箱中下层160度上下火35到40分钟(时间和温度按自家烤箱温度差来调整)时间到去处模具,再次摔模,震出热空气,立即倒扣晾凉。
